RSS Feed???

  We want to link the latest blog entry to our website. Our website designer has told me to “send the RSS feed.” I can see where I can add an RSS feed to our site as a widget, but where would I find our RSS feed to send to someone else?

  I’m not real technical with this, so if anyone can tell me where to find it or what to do that would be so helpful!
