  Is there a way to load in emails addresses into WordPress so that when I publish my weekly blog, my friends will be automatically notified.

  I know they can sign up for the RSS feed, and some have who have not and so I end up emailing them each week to notify them of my new blog post.

  I’m sorry but there is no means of importing an email list into free hosted WordPress.com blogs. See here though > http://en.blog.wordpress.com/2012/05/01/find-friends/
