  How do I obtain the RSS feed for my site so I can embed it in my company website?

  All WordPress blogs have multiple built in RSS Feeds. and you can read about them here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/feeds/

  Do note that if your website is set up to draw from an RSS Feed then the feed link for your posts(entries) provided above is all you need. If the website is not set up to draw from an RSS feed then we cannot help you here with that. In that case if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.
