  I need to find my rss feed in order to sign up for foodie blog roll. Thank you please email me the url as well as concise instruction on how to upload the widget,

  It contains an XML file that your blogroll will be able read.

  Are you attempting to upload a widget to another site? That I can’t help with as I don’t have any access to third-party systems.
