  my weblog is http://www.fruitageofthespirit.wordpress.com. how can i set up my weblog so that my readers can get an email notification when there are new posts? Is this what an RSS Feed is? Can you please explain what that is and how do I set it up? Also, how can I set up notification when another weblog has posted new comments. I don’t have to check the weblog every few minutes. Thank you.
