RSS feed and image names

  I have a question about images and image names appearing in my RSS feed. I want to place the feed of my WordPress blog into a widget frame on my website. It works well, except, aside from the feature image, the other images in the blog post appear in the RSS text as ‘filename’.

  Is there a way I can format the text in my blogpost, so that only the text part of the entry, and thus not the filenames, appears as the text body in the RSS feed?
