RSS feed error – 404 when there are no posts
-
I am trying to pull in my rss feed to another website from sheakleycareers.com/feed/ but we are receiving a 404 error because there are no posts right now. I see that other people have posted questions regarding this, but they also sound like they have ftp access to modify their code – our site is hosted on wordpress.com, so I don’t think I have access. In fact, the WP dashboard looks like it’s limited somewhat from what I’m used to. Anyone have any ideas?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we cannot upload anything into them http://en.support.wordpress.com/ftp-access/

How do I build a site that’s not a blog?

The simple solution is: make posts. There is no point attempting to pull in what does not exist.
