RSS feed fails this morning

  My RSS feed has been working properly since I started my blog about a month ago, and feedvalidator.org shows the feed is valid. However, my post this morning has not appeared on Google Reader or on Planet Scheme. Can anyone suggest why? And how to fix it?

  What is coming out of wordpress is fine: http://programmingpraxis.wordpress.com/feed/ . The problem is likely with the feed readers.

  That’s what feedvalidator.org says — everything is fine. But two different readers both failed to see the feed, which suggests to me that the problem is with the feed, not the readers.

  I higly doubt there is a problem with the feed. If you go to your feed coming out of wordpress (link above) AND feedvalidator.org says everything is fine, then there is a very high likelihood that everything is fine.

  On some of the feeds I subscribe to I’ve seen times when Google reader does not update their caches for several days. If I switch to Yahoo or another reader, or go directly to the feed from my browser, everything is there as it should be. I’ve also seen Yahoo and others have the same issue.

  The feed just came through on Google Reader. I assume the feed on Planet Scheme will come through shortly. Thanks.
