RSS feed for a podcast

  I am trying to get my podcasts onto itunes and i need to create an RSS feed for this to happen.

  WordPress advice says i should use Feedburner to do this, Feedburner is rubbish and will not work. It keeps telling me that my file size is above 512 K. I have searched the internet and followed all the advice that people have to offer, none of it works. There seems to be a lot of people out there that hate Feedburner.

  So, what programs or other options are there for a guy who doesn’t know a lot about this sort of thing at all. A hobbyist who is having his fun awesome pastime ruined by the frustration of not being able to achieve a simple task.

  I’m so sorry but we Volunteers have very little information and knowledge of any podcasting issues and how to address them.

  The podcasting link on wordpress says use feedburner but as you can see I am having no success with it.
