RSS feed for a search topic not valid

  I would like to subscribe to a search feed across WordPress.com and this is the URL that WordPress serves for ‘Performance management’ – http://en.search.wordpress.com/?q=%22performance+management%22&f=feed

  This won’t render in Google reader and it shows errors per the validator below:

  Does anyone know how to make the search RSS valid?
