RSS feed fr Bloglovin

  Not sure why the recent topic I posted today is no longer on the forum. I was trying to put my blog on bloglovin and when I tried to get Bloglovin to find my blog it was not coming up. It says they must have access to my blogs valid RSS feed? Any ideas? Thanks for any help.

  Your question is about RSS, but you have posted in the CSS forum. Those things are unrelated. Because of that, I have moved this thread into the main Support forum.

  Your blog’s RSS feed is available at http://thebeachhousekitchen.com/feed/

  You can use an online feed validator such as http://validator.w3.org/feed/ to check the feed. I looked at http://validator.w3.org/feed/check.cgi?url=http%3A%2F%2Fthebeachhousekitchen.com%2Ffeed%2F and it returns the following text at the top of the page: “This is a valid RSS feed.”

  Based on the information I can see, your blog feed at http://thebeachhousekitchen.com/feed/ is valid.

  It says they must have access to my blogs valid RSS feed? Any ideas? Thanks for any help.

  Your blog has a valid RSS feed from what I can see. I would recommend contacting Bloglovin for support—let them know the exact error message you’re seeing, link the RSS feed and the validator link for them, and ask them what they recommend as a next step if you have already verified your RSS feed is valid using the validator.w3.org site.

  I searched online, and I found that other people appear to be having similar trouble with the Bloglovin service: http://www.nosegraze.com/why-i-am-frustrated-with-bloglovin/ So try to be patient and provide them with as much detail as you can. Based on the information you have provided so far, I am not sure why they are not reading a valid RSS file properly but it sounds like it might be a bug on their side and they should be able to help you look into the details.
