  RSS Feed Frequency of Sending,

  My blog posts apparently are sent weekly, however I prefer they be sent instantly or no less frequent than once daily.
  Please provide step-by-step procedures.

  Hi,

  The RSS feed itself is updated instantly when a new post is published. If you’re referring specifically to e-mail notifications of your new posts, that is a setting made by each subscriber via their “Blogs I Follow” page at http://wordpress.com/following/edit/

  To change this for yourself, visit that link: http://wordpress.com/following/edit/
  Then scroll to the blog you’ll like to change and click on “Edit”, then select the option best for you.
