RSS Feed has stopped working since interface upgrade

  Hi. We are pulling our RSS feed into another site of ours and it suddenly stopped working. After some testing I have discovered that only feeds coming from wordpress.com hosted sites are failing. Feeds from anywhere else work fine.

  It seems something has changed about wordpress.com that is making our RSS reader unhappy. Any ideas? Have there been any other reports of this? The feed still validates ok. It is still viewable in the browser, but not in our site feed reader.

  Can you make sure the feed URL is correct?:

  https://wccmediareleases.wordpress.com/feed/

  Hi. Yes, as I mentioned the feed still validates. Nothing has changed on our end.

  It seems that something is suddenly incompatible with wordpress feeds. Even if I use this feed: https://en.blog.wordpress.com/feed I get the same error. I also get the error with this feed: https://wordpress.org/news/feed

  This feed works: http://rss.weatherzone.com.au/?u=12994-1285&news=1 as does this feed (a WordPress site): http://charmainegibbsstudios.com.au/feed

  So the common factor for the non-working feeds is that they have wordpress in the domain, and that they were working fine until last week.

  I’m not getting an error for these feeds:

  I’m not either, until I put them in our site.

  I suspect there’s something very specific and weird happening.

  To be clear, I am dropping these feed URLs into a SharePoint RSS Viewer, which is a very simple tool to display RSS on a page. The only point of difference between any of these feeds is that they have wordpress in the URL.

  e.g. http://wollongong.nsw.gov.au/Pages/temp.aspx

  Top feed is Weatherzone News

  The bottom two feeds giving the error are https://en.blog.wordpress.com/feed/ and https://wccmediareleases.wordpress.com/feed/ respectively.

  I would contact the support team at SharePoint regarding that because the feeds are valid as seen here:
