RSS Feed: How do I put an RSS feed on my site that others can subscribe to

    @gdwall: The URL of a particular post is what you get in the address bar of your browser once you click on the title of the post.

    Sorry – I’m going in circles again though – someone is telling me that I need to “submit your RSS feed to your blog and to RSS directories. So I’m a bit confused. . . Thanks to shed any light. . .

    Ignore them. You do not need to do that. WordPress.com does this automatically for most major services and updates them every time you make a post. Even if you want to do it yourself, ignore them for now until you have something in your blog. If you hook up an empty blog, you won’t be impressing those potential readers who might be drawn to you.

    Concentrate on actually BLOGGING. Worry about pimping out your blog later.
