RSS feed – how to insert active icon on to my blog?

    how did an orange RSS feed button get to be on one of my posts’ comments?

    ●If you are not sure how to get around or use this blogg – this is for you!

    i want more of them!

    is it up to the viewer to activate the RSS feed to their blog?
    and this makes it appear on that particular comment

    i’m not familiar where to find all the RSS feeds i’ve singed up to – so i think it would be helpful for each post to have the icon there to select if one want to
    ie to be subject specific and not blog specific?
    that is the tags and categories on my blog
    gee i struggle to express what i mean as i’m not familiar with the jargon!

    whoops! i’ve just seen that the RSS icon is on all the comment pages!
    but
    how does one subscribe to a specific blog?
    is it in the url window far right?

    That’s not a feed in the comments. That’s a part of your theme. All posts that have comments have the option to subscribe to the feed of those comments. Your theme just happens to display the icon, whereas some of them don’t.

    The RSS feed for your blog has been active from the moment you registered it. It’s at
    http://bizlinks.wordpress.com/feed

    As far as I know, you only have feeds for your blog and for the comments on your blog. Only those. You can sign up to syndicate exactly the same information through Feedburner or any number of other feed delivery services, but they’re not necessary.

    Click the icon in the URI bar and follow the instructions that pop up.

    Ah wait, so not every individual blog post and page from your blog has an individual feed?

    I must have misinterpreted where they said to place a “feed of that blog” on every page to indicate that it’s the original source… So then what I really should do is just place a feed of my entire blog at the bottom, right?

    when you go to my blog can you see the rss feed button?
    where is it?
    it might show up on your monitor

    i see one left in url widnow and
    i can only when i look at a comment someone has made
    or when i click on the title of the post – it appears top left under the title
    ellaella says that this is ” part of that theme (Unsleepable)” which i am using

    when i click on the icon [rss] that page goes into rss mode listing each post
    THERE IS NO BACK BUTTON! is there? where is it
    i have to open a new page and use bookmarks to get back to my blog!!
    very very annoying
    it’s ignorance i know
    but how do i find out how the darn program [which is brilliantly nifty] works
    ie how to return to ones blog!
