RSS feed is not working/cannot find it
-
I am trying to find my RSS feed so that I can setup automated emails for weekly blog post updates. Everywhere I look, it says to just put the website name and then ‘/feed’ but this is not working for me. It is just a huge code of numbers and letters, and the names of my blog articles mixed in. I don’t know what to do to get my RSS feed back to normal so I can proceed. Any feedback is greatly appreciated.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
I went to https://sydneymaxine.wordpress.com/feed/ and I can see your feed very clearly. It has a list of blog posts with titles and post dates followed by an excerpt for each post.
Can you try visiting the link above? Let me know if this is what you had in mind.

Hi,
A RSS feed is supposed to look like a “huge code of numbers and letters”. You need a RSS reader to make it readable content.
You can find all the information about using feeds here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/feeds/
Or more about RSS readers here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/reader/
There are also a lot of non-WordPress feed readers you can use. More information about that can be found here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison_of_feed_aggregators

Hi there,
If you want your site’s followers to receive emails when you publish a new post, you don’t control that. Followers need to decide whether or not they want new post notifications or not. You can’t send it to them if they haven’t signed up for it themselves. See:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/following/#manage-email-and-im-settings-for-specific-blogs
If you want to send out a newsletter in addition to regular notification emails, see:
Neither of these have anything to do with your RSS feed, though your site’s feed is working exactly as it’s supposed to work.
