RSS Feed Issues
-
My actual feed is http://www.meetthemagic.com/feed. However, there is no way for others to subscribe from this page. What do I need to do to resolve this issue?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

When you said “subscribe”, you meant “letting the user add your feed to their feed reader”? Most recent browsers do that automatically. More information on the feed section of support:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/feeds/If, however, you meant “letting the user receive e-mails whenever my site is updated”, that’s a different story:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/blog-subscriptions/Let me know if that helps.

You have not set http://meetthemagic.com/ to be the primary URL. You need to do that on your Domains page. And you also need to stop putting www in your URL; it excludes about 1/3 of the web.

@raincoaster: Just checking… Is that “instead of” or “in addition to” what I suggested? :-)

Technically, the feed is not correct with the www. Feeds are like HTML: you’ve got to get it just right.
If you look at her site, you can see the RSS icon in the sidebar, but it has the www URL. I think you’re right: she’s talking about the subscription widget. But she should make the changes I suggested anyway.
