RSS feed keeps stopping

  I received a comment from one of my readers and he mentioned that he was unable to subscribe to my rss feed. When I went to check it through a link on the WP support site my blog came up with error 404. But when I went on google and checked the site it was there. If I press the rss feed myself it takes me to my yahoo page.

  Also I don’t have an rss feed icon on the top right corner, which I thought all blogs do. I also have been having a problem with spammers trying to get into my site as if to use it. Could it have something to do with that, and if so, how can I stop this.

  What URL have you been using for your RSS feed? it’s http://halcyonsoulcenter.wordpress.com/feed and seems to be working just fine for me. You have your Feed set to post only an excerpt of the post, not the whole post; that’s why your reader is not getting the entire post. You do indeed have the RSS icon in the top right-hand side of your blog, and it takes me to your RSS feed just fine. I think you’ve somehow set your browser to toss you to YahooReader when you click an RSS link.

  That’s obviously a different theme, and you’ll need to put the RSS subscription widget in the sidebar for your subscribers.
