RSS feed not working

  Hello,

  I have just created a new site at https://tonywhitejr.wordpress.com/

  From what I understand, and what the links tell me, the RSS feed should be https://tonywhitejr.wordpress.com/feed/

  But when I try to add it to Feedly I am told there are no feeds there (even though I do have entries on the blog), and when I validate the feed I am told “It looks like this is a web page, not a feed. I looked for a feed associated with this page, but couldn’t find one. Please enter the address of your feed to validate.”

  Any idea why ?

  Hello,
  That’s the right link for your feed, but your site is private. To use the feed you need to make your site public. Go to My Sites > Settings and make sure the General tab is selected. Look for the “Site Visibility” section. Click either “Allow search engines to index this site” or “Discourage search engines from indexing this site” and save the changes.
