RSS feed only showing 1 post

  I have the set “syndication feeds” to show the 3 most recent items under READING SETTINGS, yet only 1 shows up in the feed.

  i’ve got the RSS feed going to another web site of mine, and it only shows the latest post.

  I just clicked on your RSS feed and it gave me three Posts.

  Is there some sort of configuration at your target site on the number of titles shown on the RSS feed?

  Sorry this is the limit of my knowledge for this question.

  I am viewing the same 3 posts in the WCT Bird Blog RSS Feed widget as well as it links to the same URL. > http://wctbirds.wordpress.com/feed/

  May we have the link to this “another web site of mine” please? Is it a wordpress.COM blog or not? I’m asking because if it isn’t a wordpress.COM blog then the problem is not one that we can help you with.

  the other web site is a wordpress.org site, i’m using the RSS widget on this page (top widget in the sidebar):

  We don’t provide support for wordpress.ORG installs on this forum. Here’s a tip. Open the RSS widget and chack the settings inside it. See the illustration here because you can set the number of items you wish to be displayed on your wordpress.org site in the RSS feed widget on that site. http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/rss-widget/

  In the RSS widget on the self-hosted blog, go to appearance > widgets, click on the right end of the RSS widget in the sidebar section to open it and check and adjust the number of entries to show in the widget and click save.

  it’s set to display 3 items, yet it only displays 1 item.

  There is a possibility that it will not update till you make another post. Your feed coming from here is definitely showing 3 posts, so the issue is not on this end.

  What would happen if they deleted the Widget then re-installed it? Would the Widget then go get the current feed as my browser did?
