RSS Feed: pubDate issue

  The pubDate in my blog RSS feed (www.singleonashoestring.com/feed) is +4 hours in the future. For example, I published a post this morning at 9:02 am EST, but my RSS feed shows the pub date as:
  Mon, 12 Oct 2020 13:02:09 +0000
  As a result, my daily Mailchimp RSS feed email wasn’t sent. I tried changing the send time to 2 pm and that didn’t work either. The time zone in my WordPress and Mailchimp accounts is correct (New York EST). I can’t figure out how to fix this issue. Please help!
