  hello,

  we have the blog http://5700milesapart.wordpress.com/. is it possible to refresh the rss feed more often? it is very slow, new posts appeared with two days delay. is it possible to refresh the rss feed every hour? thanks for your help!

  What service are you using to check/view your RSS feed?

  After you publish a post, can you try checking http://5700milesapart.wordpress.com/feed/ in Mozilla Firefox?
