RSS feed sent to my email subscription

  Greetings….I want my readers to have the option to send my blog post updates to their reader or email account or both. What easiest way to do this without have 3 different RSS feeds… I want only one, so the reader can make a decision on where he wants to read my blog… make sense…Terry
