  How do I go into WordPress and tell it to include the actual article content in the RSS feed?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You want to change the Reading settings. From your dashboard, go to Settings -> Reading. Where it says, “For each article in a feed, show” select “Full text.” That should do it!
