RSS feed to twitter?

  I have an rss feed but I do not know what the address or title would be. In Twitterfeed, you have to know this and I cannot figure out how to find this information. Any suggestions?

  The problem is also that when I try to press RSS – it links to my bookmarks and does not tell me any info on an address.
