RSS feed URL shows text, no clickable links for subscribers
-
My blog feed pages, the ones with URL type http://blog.wordpress.com/feed, or /comments/feed, only show a block of text. Nothing is clickable. People can’t subscribe. What can I do about that?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I don’t understand what you mean by “People can’t subscribe.” Do you mean they can’t subscribe to your feed from within your feed? Sidebar widgets are not included in RSS feeds.
Youtubes and rich media don’t come through in WordPress RSS feeds, but the links within the articles certainly should. I see, however, only one post on your blog that has links in it. Is that the one you’re referring to?

Actually what I mean is, if you click on the RSS symbol, aren’t you supposed to then see a page with links that you can click in order to subscribe? Rather than an unformatted page with text only in it? Right now it’s only that.

No, it depends what you’ve got installed on your computer. If you have no RSS reader installed, that’s what you’ll see, stuff that looks like code. If you have an RSS reader installed, it’ll display appropriately. I use Google Reader, and when I click your RSS feed link, it asks “Do you want to put this in Google Reader” and I can click to say yes. Then it comes up as normal.

No worries. Before I had a feed reader I was all, “Who would ever want to read through THAT???”
