RSS Feed wrong date

  I have 3 Rss Feeds on my blog. One of them has the wrong dates, and the same wrong dates on all five entries of that feed.

  I have this feed on other blogs at blogspot and they have the correct dates. I have this feed on 3 blogs with wordpress.com and they all show 1 January 1970. I have removed and re-added the feed on 2 of the blogs, to no avail.

  Blogspot URLs aren’t useful here. Vivian was asking for the link to your WP.com feed. We can’t begin to help you until we can see the issue ourselves.

  Hang on: are you saying you’re filling WP.com blogs with feeds from an external blog? That could get you in trouble with the Terms of Service, which prohibit that kind of thing.

  We need direct links to your WP.com blogs, starting with http.

  The 1970 feeds are definitively from blogspot.

  I have been using this RSS feed from Joel C. Rosenberg for a month already, with the correct dates every day until 6 days ago.

  I am also using RSS feeds of two others and their dates are coming in correct. The instructions on Word Press Widgets gives you the option of using RSS feeds and the instructions did not indicate there was any number of how many RSS feeds a person could have.

  Blogspot RSS feeds are not Blogspot URLs.

  Are you saying it is against the ‘terms of service’ to use another bloggers (of any source), RSS feeds on your blog???

  Something must have changed on their end. The RSS widget just grads the content. Maybe the person changed their feed?

  No, it’s not against the TOS to use the feed.

  Thank you for all your help, everyone. I know you tried. I have gone to 24-7 help and asked my question, as of this morning. Sun, 8/3/08.

  My link is lakeite.wordpress.com. I am so sorry, I thought I had already given you that.

  I do have blogs on blogspot and they all are receiving the correct dates on that same feed. It is just wordpress on this one feed that is messed up. Strange isn’t it?
