  I want to know how to us the Rss feeds if someone sings up for my blog will I be able to redirect them so that I can say thanks in an email or how does this rss feed work. I am new to all of this. thanks

  Help! One of my followers said “Any chance you may make both placeofsafety and FictionCraft available to follow by RSS feed?” After reading the Support material, I figured all I have to do is move the RSS widget into the sidebar on my front page. This seems to work for one blog, placeofsafety, and for the Comments on the other blog, fictioncraft, but when I click on Posts under the RSS heading for fictioncraft, I get the kind of error message the Support material says will happen if I’m using Google Chrome. I’m using Firefox. How come I get a nice neat list 3/4 times, and an error for the Posts? And have I successfully done what my follower asked – she wants to get my updates by RSS feed rather than email, has adding this widget to my front page done that? Thanks for your advice.

  Happily. The one that seems to be working is http://placeofsafety.wordpress.com. The one that’s not working (Comments are, Posts aren’t) is http://fictioncraft.wordpress.com. Thanks so much for your help! Andrea

  Interesting. I’m afraid I can’t actually find any problems with that feed. And the Feed Validator clears it too.

  Here’s the first part of the error message I’m getting, in case it’s informative. I really appreciate your help. Weird that I’m getting a problem when you’re not – I’ll ask another friend to check too!
