RSS feeds and Atom feeds

  I am adding the RSS feed to my website. However the instructions are minimal. I need to obtain the following but I am unclear how I find the following:

  -Link: the full / absolute link to the RSS feed. (for example i think mine is; http://mailboxexpressed.wordpress.com/feed/?)
  -Atom link to self.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  All WordPress blogs have multiple feeds built in and the format is as follows.

  This is the RSS Feed for your posts on the blog linked to your username http://ethicalcourier.wordpress.com/feed
  This is the RSS Feed for your comments on the blog linked to your username http://ethicalcourier.wordpress.com/comments/feed

  The format for the other blog is the same.
