RSS Feeds and E-mail? Add an email link in my widget sidebar?

  Someone recently asked me why I didn’t have a “subscribe to email” button on my sidebar.

  “Donno. Didn’t seem like I needed one,” I told him. But now, I think I do need one. And the kicker is that I can’t figure out how to get one to show up on the widget page under the RSS Feeds section.

  Typing “email update” into the FAQ search box brought up this: http://faq.wordpress.com/2006/10/11/how-can-i-offer-email-updates/ .

  I followed every step the link says but something is not working out.
  I can see it says Enter your email here:
  but then there is no way to put an email next to the text…..I notced the html codes in feedburner have the options to use the codes as a widget in TypePad and blogger, but not wordpress, is that the issue?

  It sounds like you used the wrong code maybe. Read #10 in the link provided above.
