  How can I add an RSS feed to a page that I create?

  You can’t use it to feed content into a WP.com blog page or post as far as I know, but you can use it in an RSS sidebar widget. You drag the widget into your sidebar from the Widget page in Presentations and click on it to configure it. Put in the feed URL and number of posts to display.
