  How can I add an RSS feed to a page that I create?

  As far as I know there are rss feeds for posts and comments only and not for pages. This may be because pages sit outside the blog structure. They are intended to be used for static content and do not automatically update. The only means of updating pages is by editing them. Also note that you cannot assign categories to pages.
