RSS Feeds for a podcast

  We have been posting a podcast on our website once a week for the past few months. Recently we have been trying to figure out how to use an RSS feed to allow us to put the podcast on podcast sites such as iTunes. However, this seems really confusing. Any help about what to do would be most appreciated.
