  How do I add RSS Feeds for other people to subscribe to my blog?

  You already have an RSS feed. It’s at http://glassart.wordpress.com/feed and you can put a button for it in your sidebar. I used the RSS widget and subscribed to my own blog, but you can just use a plain button in a text widget if you want. Instructions are here:

  Hi, how do I publish a rss feed from Moreover in my blod so i can complete content and suggest comments ?

  You can include a RSS feed in your sidebar by adding a RSS widget and configuring it with the RSS feed URL you wish to add. We don’t have a way to include RSS feeds in the main content of your site.
