RSS feeds in main content area

  Is there a way to include feeds into my blog? We have a couple of partner blogs we’d like to syndicate through our blog. Obviously, wordpress.com doesn’t support plugins. But am I missing a setting? Is there an upgrade I can’t find?

  There is no upgrade that can be purchased in order to display RSS feeds in posts or pages. On wordpress.COM blogs you can only display RSS feeds in the sidebars of any theme. In other words you can only syndicate the content you publish in posts in that same blog. This is deliberately done to prevent members from creating blogs (splogs) that are auto-filled with content derived from other sites, because wordpress.com is a blogging platform and not an aggregation platform..

  Also please note that we require the complete URL for the blog in question whenever you post to this forum.

  If you wish you can link your wordpress.com blog to your wordpress.com username. Ddashboard -> Users -> Personal Settings -> then scroll down to ‘Account Details’. In the spot where it says ‘website’ fill in the complete URL for your wordpress.com blog starting with http:// and save the changes.

  If you don’t wish to do that then you will have to post the complete URL starting with http:// for the blog in question every time you post to this forum.
