RSS feeds to specific to a Page or Post only.

Can I set-up an RSS feed that ONLY feeds changes to a specific post or page or new comments on that post or page? I have seen how to only display the RSS notification request on a particular page, but that seems to then feed RSS subscribers with new content from all of the site.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

There is no post specific feed but you can get a feed for category pages and comments.

If your page is a category page, then category feed should be handy.

Thanks for this. I have had a good look and have experimented with setting up an RSS feeds linked with a specific post (rbkbblog.com/Spare Queen Available), and I have to say it’s too clunky for our members using the website. And BIG downside is that there is no email notification of Comments being added to the specific post. As far as I can see, members would still have to look for feed updates via IE.
Idealy, what I could use is a separate Follower list for specific post. Then I can pull off all the email address of the (current) Followers (of that post) to inform them of a particular event relevant to that post’s subject. -

Pages do not have RSS Feeds so be clear on that. -

OK. Understood. Can I rewind and instead breifly describe what I am try to do and ask if there might be ways to do it … rather than my suggesting ways I only wonder about being able to do the job.
I am looking to see if, via our website, there is any way we could gather the email addresses of members who want to be (currently) notified about a specific event which would be the subject of, or a Comment, on either a Post or Page.

Not really. You could create page https://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/ and embed a contact form https://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/ on it and harvest email addresses but there is no automatic means available for the rest of the process. Here subscribers to posts, categories and comments take care of their own subscriptions. They also control frequency of receipt posts from this feed http://rbkbblog.com/feed/ and we cannot subscribe for them.

Yes, I half expected that harvesting emails from Contact form responses might be the only way … but apart from the manual compiling, the subsequent management of that list would also be impractical. I guess we will need to rethink and lower our expectations. Thanks again for your clarifications. It’s as useful to know what is not possible as what is possible.
