RSS Feeds/Widgets/HTML Code IN PAGE
-
Hi I am trying to put an news feed on my blog (common-room.org) in the form of a HTML widget or RSS Feed… I know you can do it in the side bar, however, I would like it on an actual page?
If anyone could help I’d be really grateful!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Pages do not have RSS feeds only Posts do. There is no way you can use any widget here in a page or in a post. They can only be used in widget areas (sidebars and footers). There is no way you can draw from a RSS feed and fill a blog with auto posted content. It’s not allowed.
Types of blogs that are not allowed:
Automated blogs: Blogs that are generated by computers, including randomly generated blogs, blogs that re-publish press releases, marketing material, search engine results, link dumps or any other mass-produced content. http://en.wordpress.com/types-of-blogs/ -
All WordPress blogs are equipped with multiple built-in RSS Feeds. http://en.support.wordpress.com/feeds/ Your WordPress.com blog RSS feed for posts is valid and operational http://common-room.org/feed/feed/

Thank You for your reply,
Is there anyway I can embed something like this: http://widgets.feedzilla.com/news/builder/index.html or http://www.blastcasta.com/add-news-to-your-website.aspx
to a page on the blog?I’m really sorry if I’m getting confused this is my first time setting something like this up!
I don’t want to fill the blog with auto content… just a News page
Thank You again!

I’m sorry I could not provide what you wanted. May I suggest you read this comparison? http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

Also note what we do have. The RSS Widget displays posts from any RSS feed in the sidebar or footer area for widgets.
