RSS for blog feed has Unregistered link relationship: search

I gave the URL (http://thinkabit.wordpress.com/feed/atom) for my feed to the W3C RSS validator and it give me this warning: Unregistered link relationship: search. From what I gather from other forum posts, this indicates a problem with a setting for the theme I am using (Contempt).
What I really am trying to do is to get Facebook to once again start updating my notes from my feed. I am only guessing that this warning may be why it isn’t.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I am having the same issue with importing my first blog to FB Notes. Getting the same message on a Feed Validator. The feed is valid, but I’m getting the unregistered link relationship: search
I am using the Kubrik theme.
How do I resolve this

FB Notes is notoriously glitchy. Try using Networked Blogs.
As for the OP: I don’t believe WP.com supports atom feeds at all.

@raincoaster: If they don’t support Atom feeds at all, then perhaps the support documentation is outdated? From http://en.support.wordpress.com/feeds/#types-of-feeds :
If you do wish to use an Atom feed you can do so by appending /atom/ to the end of your feed address:
