All Word-press blogs have multiple built-in feeds.
This is the URL for the RSS feed for your posts:

This is the URL for the RSS feed for your comments:

The RSS Links Widget allows you to add links to your blog’s post and comment RSS feeds in your sidebar. -

You do not have to post an RSS Links widget. It’s optional. These are built-in feeds. They already exist on all WordPress blogs and the format is well known. You cannot prevent anyone from subscribing to them in a feed reader. If you create a page based structure then there will be nothing in the RSS feed for posts as you will have no posts. Pages do not have RSS feeds; only Posts do. If you disable comments then there will be nothing in the RSS feed for comments.
