I have read the documentation on RSS feed and am even more confused than I was before. First, do I need to upload Google feeder/reader? Second, when you guys help me figure this all out, where do I put it??
Now for the MORE part. I recently changed my theme to “Andreas 09” because I read in one of the forum articles that “Andreas 09” is one of the most readable themes, and it is. There is a BUT here though. With “Andreas 09” I can’t seem to change the header and I really enjoy changing out my header occasionally. So, is there another theme that is readable for those less than really young eyes that I can change the header on. A theme that has slightly larger type??

You need not upload anything. When somebody click on your subscription link, he/she is given the choices which include many feed readers including Google Reader. Just add a Blog Subscription widget in your sidebar and rest it’ll do for you.
There is not such issue about readability of any particular theme. The theme should suit to your styling. That’s all. You can have an image header/options in many themes, for example, my theme Mistylook is I think the best theme for starters and experts alike. You’ll see it in my blog.

Forgot telling you that the ‘Blog Subscription’ widget will take your readers to the actual feed of your blog which is administered by wordpress. There are many other options available. If you have a Google account, you can add a feedburner feed which has many more options. Go to http://feedburner.google.com and generate a feed for your blog. Copy the HTML code and paste it in your Text widget of your sidebar.

Thank you for your help!!! With the Mistylook, it appears as if I can also have picture in the body of an article. Is this true?? I use pictures to enhance and give a visual to the article. This is also an important issue for me.

In Mistylook or any other theme which supports image headers, you can upload a suitable picture to be seen in header but you’ll have to crop that picture. The size of the picture may vary for different themes. You’ll learn it while you do that.
