    Hi
    I am using Linen theme with custom CSS hosted on WordPress.com. I also use a third party newsletter provider feedblitz which is powered by the feed.

    Yesterday when I pushed my latest post live (http://bit.ly/134pCih) there was a hiccup in the RSS feed causing the previous post (http://bit.ly/UiCQEj) to appear brand new. This triggered the newsletter to resend an old post out to my subscriber list, and to flag two posts in the RSS feed as being new.

    This is not Feedblitz related as it showed up in my independent RSS monitor apps which are fed directly from the WordPress feed. This has happened before.

    Please tell me the cause and what can be done to prevent this happening. I use wordpress for a number of important clients, and dont want to be embarrassed by multiple/random updates to the feed and therefore newsletters.
