  What is the code to limit the number of feeds?

  According to this earlier forum post, it is not possible to limit the number of items displayed in the RSS feed shortcode and indeed this is mentioned in the Support doc https://en.support.wordpress.com/rss-shortcode/

  The number of items displayed from the RSS feed will be determined by the feed owner.

  However, if you use the RSS Feed widget in a sidebar or footer area of your theme, you can set the number of feed items that display. Here’s more on that https://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/rss-widget/

  Thank, maybe someday WordPress will add a short code for that. They have it on their RSS widget but not for their code. It would also help if WordPress added a target to their RSS feed widget. Again thank you :)
