RSS Link Embeded in Comments?

  I’ve noticed when some users leave comments on my writing, if I hover over their user name it would allow me to view their RSS or Site. Whenever I leave a comment, it doesn’t do this… any idea how I would be able to do this in order to help others backtrack to my page from the comment?
