RSS linking for audio and video podcasting

  I would like to know how I can create and RSS link for a page on my blog that would deliver regular audio or video posts

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I would like a page on my blog to post regular audio and video posts, and then set up an RSS feed for that. Is that something I can do through WordPress.com?

  What do you mean? All posts on your blog go out in your RSS feed, and assuming you categorize them correctly they will go out in the category feed as well, eg http://connectingspiritwithlife.wordpress.com/category/podcast

  You can not use an RSS feed to post stuff INTO your blog.

  I only see one RSS feed, which is for my regular written posts. If I create a new post, with video, and make the categories like you said above, is the RSS feed the same?

  The RSS feed for your entire blog is http://connectingspiritwithlife.wordpress.com/feed but the RSS for your podcast posts if they are properly categorized as podcasts is http://connectingspiritwithlife.wordpress.com/category/podcast/feed
