RSS links and/or linking questions

Please forgive my ignorance but i need your assistance and you have been so wonderful in the past, My “website” on wordpress is StPeteSmile.com. I am using the site as a website with a “page” labeled “NEWS” on my site. What I would like to do on that “page” is link other “web feeds”. As I understand it that means linking RSS feeds onto that page vs the widget location on the “sidebar”. I want them to shoe on the “page vs the right side bar for all the “pages”. I also intend to link or copy in full onto the page, other press releases from online to this “page”. I am very confused about how to accomplish both these tasks and/or are there ways to “work around” the current best/current practices.

That will get your blog suspended so fast it’ll make your head spin. Essentially you would be turning your blog into a site that simply aggregates content from other websites. Not only will search engines downgrade a site like that to the Spam category, but it violates the terms of service here.
WordPress.com is a platform designed for original blogging. If that’s what you want to do, then go for it. If that’s not what you want to do, then you need to find another platform and another web host.
