rss links widget not working?

when you click on my rss links widget it says this: This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it, and then there is a bunch of ‘gobbledy-goop’ underneath. HELP!

Hello there! I’m curious about what you’re trying to accomplish with your RSS Links widget.
What that link does is connect to the actual feed of your site. When I click on it, I see:
That wacky looking text is your feed. When viewed through an RSS reader by one of your followers, it won’t look so crazy. In fact, the ‘gobbledy-goop’ you’re seeing, will look like this:

Here’s some more info about what feeds are:
As you have your Follow link up and running, you don’t actually need anything else for people to subscribe to your Feed. Unless you have visitors who your think will need to view your Feed link, you can delete it.
