RSS question – refreshing?

  Is there a way to, do I need to, am I supposed to..refresh my rss feeds?
  I haven’t the first clue about rss feeds, honestly. I just know that when I scroll over my name in comments on another blog, the little blurb that comes up is OLD. Everyone else’s shows their latest entries, but mine is ancient. I don’t know why and I don’t know how to fix it. I’m just “thinking” that’s related to rss (that’s how little I really know about rss feeds, k?).
  Any help? Please.

  Your RSS feed is refreshed every time you post a new entry on your blog.

  About the Snapshots that pop up on some sites when you hover over a link, maybe check out the snap.com website to see if you can find out how often they refresh their content. I wasn’t able to find it.
