  Can I set up subscribe with RSS and select the RSS reader?

  Hi there,

  I’m not quite sure what you mean. When you go to http://beinggolden.wordpress.com/feed (or any WordPress.com blog with “/feed” at the end of it), you can subscribe to the RSS feed by using whichever reader you want, including the WordPress.com Reader.

  Its not for me – I want to enable feed for a reader use by others in addition to email option maybe for them to use Commonfeed

  Your blog already has a feed enabled for it by default at:

  http://beinggolden.wordpress.com/feed

  If your readers go there they will be able to access the RSS feed.

  I just checked it and it is set up for Google feed (which is closing) or an Application

  Yes, the Google Reader is closing soon, however RSS feeds can be read by any feed reader including by the WordPress.com Reader which is available at:

  http://wordpress.com/#!/read/
