Why doens't my RSS subscribe button work?
-
Linen comes with a Subscribe widget with an RSS button. I have that widget in my sidebar, but when you click on the RSS button, it goes to a page (in the same browser window) that shows this message at the top:
This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.
Then it appears to show the markup (XML?) between the <RSS> tags.
What can I do to solve this problem? I can’t find any information on this in the support forums. Thanks.

I took a look and everything seems to be working properly at http://anotheruxguy.wordpress.com/ .
Here’s a screenshot of the RSS button I used – http://en.support.files.wordpress.com/2011/07/rss-1.jpg – and this is a screenshot of feed options – http://en.support.files.wordpress.com/2011/07/rss-2.jpg.
Were you able to get everything working properly?

Yes, it works in Internet Explorer 8, but not in Google Chrome. I guess that’s the problem. Apparently Google Chrome doesn’t handle RSS feeds without installing a special extension to the browser.
Thanks.
