RSS URL Not Working
-
Hi,
I just started a new blog and I’m trying to set up the RSS feed link.
I’ve managed to add the widget but I’m nearly positive it doesn’t work because the URL is incorrect. How do I change the URL so that when a reader clicks on the RSS link, it takes them to a real page and not an error page that begins as follows:
This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below. As opposed to other RSS URLs I have seen that look like http://sitename.wordpress.com/feed mine seems to be only ayalkellman.wordpress.com/feed. Would this make a difference?
If not, why isn’t it working? My blog: ayalkellman.wordpress.com
Thanks! The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Yes!
Thanks. I see now that it was because I was using Chrome. Once I clicked the link in Firefox, it worked fine. -

I just clicked on your rss feed on your blog, and it acted as I expected it to. (Using Firefox 5 and “Live Bookmarks.” So as the thread pointed out by airodyssey says, it’s likely a browser/browser plug-in issue.
